💪🏻🍊Homemade Immunity Boost Shot🔥💪🏻
Whenever I feel something coming on, or when I simply want to support my body and stay well, this is the recipe I make.
This powerful natural wellness shot is packed with vitamin C, anti-inflammatory ingredients, and warming spices that help support your immune system from the inside out. It’s strong, yes… but in the best way.
And honestly, there’s something so empowering about making your own remedies at home… I love it!
Why I Love Making This at Home
I try to live a more mindful, low-tox lifestyle, and that includes being aware of what I put in my body. Store-bought immunity shots can be convenient, but they’re often expensive and sometimes filled with preservatives or lower-quality ingredients.
Making this at home allows me to:
Choose high-quality, fresh, and preferably organic ingredients
Avoid unnecessary additives
Save money
Adjust the flavors and strength
Create a simple daily wellness ritual
Plus, it tastes fresh and vibrant in a way that bottled versions never do.
Ingredients
Here’s everything you’ll need:
🍋 8 lemons
🍊 3 oranges
🍍 ½ pineapple
🫚 Fresh ginger (a generous piece)
🍯 2 tablespoons raw honey
🍎 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
🌿 ½ teaspoon turmeric
🔥 ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
✨ Tip: Whenever possible, choose high-quality, preferably organic & non-GMO ingredients for the best benefits.
Why These Ingredients Are So Powerful
Citrus fruits (lemons + oranges)
Rich in vitamin C, which plays an important role in immune function and helps your body fight infections.
Pineapple
Contains bromelain, an enzyme known for its anti-inflammatory and digestive-supporting properties.
Ginger
One of my favorite natural remedies. It’s warming, anti-inflammatory, and great for digestion and circulation.
Raw honey
Naturally antimicrobial and soothing for the throat.
Apple cider vinegar
Supports digestion and gut health, which is closely connected to the immune system.
Turmeric + cayenne
Powerful anti-inflammatory spices that also help boost circulation and absorption.
🔥 How to Make the Immunity Boost Shot
Juice the lemons and oranges.
Add the fresh juice to a blender.

Liter Glass Milk Bottles + Reusable Silicone Pour Spout Lid - I use these bottles so much!
3 Pack Stainless Steel Funnels
3Pcs Mesh Strainer with Handle
✨ How I Take It
Shake well and take one small shot every morning on an empty stomach.
It’s strong, but you get used to it! If you’re new to it, you can start with a smaller amount and gradually increase.
Sometimes I also take an extra shot when:
I’ve been exposed to someone sick
I feel tired or run down
The weather is changing
During travel or busy seasons
🌿 Tips to Make It More Gentle
If the flavor feels too intense, you can:
Add more pineapple for sweetness
Reduce the cayenne at first
Dilute your shot with a little water / ice
⚠️ Important Notes
Not for children under 2.
Avoid if allergic to citrus, honey, or strong spices.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have any medical condition, always consult your healthcare provider before adding strong herbal or spice-based remedies to your routine.
