Hey there, I’m Flavia!

Mama, yoga teacher, and the heart behind Uno Yoga!

I created this space to support mothers through pregnancy, postpartum, and the everyday moments in between — with yoga, wellness, and real-life motherhood.

This will be my little corner of the internet to share everything I find helpful and worth passing along, without overwhelming myself - or you - with overposting.

My Story

Becoming a mom changed everything for me — my priorities, my rhythm, my relationship with my body, and the way I moved through life. Yoga became much more than just a physical practice like before; it became a deep inner practice, helping me navigate the everyday challenges of motherhood.

I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training at the end of 2022, followed by an 80-hour certification in prenatal and postpartum yoga in 2023 — while pregnant. I started teaching soon after, still carrying my baby, guided by a deep desire to support other mothers through pregnancy, birth, and the tender postpartum season.

Today, I teach prenatal, baby & me, and toddler & me yoga classes in Las Vegas, creating nurturing spaces where mothers can move gently, breathe, and feel supported — physically, emotionally, and in community, which is the most important in my opinion!

But over time, I realized I wanted to share more than just yoga. Motherhood is full of layers and so much of what supports us happens outside the studio — at home, in our routines, in the kitchen, and in the small daily choices we make. That’s what led me to create this online space: a place to share recipes, wellness tips, low-tox living, local finds, and real-life motherhood, all in one supportive little corner <3

Beyond Yoga

Uno Yoga is much more than yoga!

This space is a reflection of my everyday life as a mom navigating motherhood, wellness, and intentional living. Here, I share nourishing recipes, low-tox living swaps, activities for you with your kids, mindful practices, and local Vegas gems — all with the hope of making life feel a little simpler, and more supported & connected!

The women are holding babies and standing or sitting among a crowd of young children, with some smiling at the camera. The play lounge has a sign above that reads 'Maeve & Rayne', with a decorative green hedge in the background and wooden furniture on the sides.

Who is this for?

This website was created for mothers who crave calm in the chaos, connection in the loneliness, and meaning in the everyday moments. It’s for women who want to move more gently, live more intentionally, and feel less alone in this season of life.

At Uno Yoga, we believe that motherhood was never meant to be done alone!

Through movement, breath, community, and shared experiences, we come back to ourselves and to each other — Because Together, We Are UNO!

With love,
Flavia <3
