Yoga for Every Stage of Motherhood
I currently teach a small number of in-person classes each week while I’m home with my little one. My current classes are offered in partnership with Prenatal Yoga Las Vegas, a beautiful community dedicated to supporting parents through pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood. Thursdays – At Smart Mouth LV
Through Prenatal Yoga Las Vegas
10:15–10:45 AM — Toddler & Me Yoga
A playful and engaging class designed for moms and toddlers to move, stretch, and connect together. We use songs, simple poses, and mindful moments to support both bonding and development.
11:00–11:45 AM — Baby & Me Yoga
A gentle postpartum class where moms can move, breathe, and reconnect with their bodies while bonding with their babies. This class supports recovery, nervous system regulation, and community connection.

A nurturing class for postpartum moms and their babies, focused on gentle movement, stretches, and connection. This class is designed to support healing, reduce stress, and help you feel more grounded in this season of motherhood, connecting you with the community of moms in the Las Vegas area.
